Thank you for shopping with Silvesters Store. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sales, promotions, or busy periods, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via NZ Post Small Business services.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:
- North Island: 1–3 business days
- South Island: 2–5 business days
- Rural Addresses: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, peak periods, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is provided, customers will receive tracking details via email once their order has been shipped.
Customers can monitor their parcel's progress using the tracking information supplied.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
Silvesters Store is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an inquiry with NZ Post.
While we will work with NZ Post to help locate delayed parcels, delivery delays are outside our direct control.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and damaged item(s).
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
