Silvesters Store Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below before making a return, exchange, or refund request.

Final Sale Items

  • All sale, clearance, discounted, or promotional items are Final Sale.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

30-Day Return Window

  • Items presented for return or exchange more than 30 days from the original purchase date are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, exchange, refund, or store credit, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or any signs of wear.

Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged, or have had tags removed are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

In-Store Purchases

  • Eligible items may be exchanged for another size, color, or product, subject to availability.
  • If an exchange is not available, store credit may be issued at the discretion of Silvesters Store.

Online Orders

  • If you wish to return an item purchased online, please contact us first.
  • We will provide a return shipping label via email for eligible returns.
  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process either:
    • An exchange for another item (subject to availability), or
    • A refund to the original payment method.

Please allow adequate processing time after the returned item has been received.

Proof of Purchase

  • A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges, refunds, and store credit requests.

Right to Refuse

  • Silvesters Store reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, refund, or store credit request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Consumer Rights

This policy applies to change-of-mind returns and exchanges. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable consumer protection laws. If an item is faulty, damaged, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with New Zealand law.
